Mango Chutney
Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced mangoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the mangoes, onions, vinegar, sugar, ginger and cumin.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
