Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Steps
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  3. Add onion, celery and eggs. Mix well.
  4. Add cooled macaroni and stir until evenly coated.
