- 1 package of Ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- In a separate pot, cook macaroni as directed on the package.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened.
- Add salt and pepper. Then add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked ramen noodles, macaroni and cheese sauce in a bowl and stir until combined.
