Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes and onions. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.
