- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes and onions. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
