- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spread the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
