Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
