Loaded Hash Browns
Ingredients
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the hash browns, onion, bell pepper and ham and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
