- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the hash browns, onion, bell pepper and ham and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
