Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm.
