Ingredients
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.
  2. Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve warm.
