- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt.
- Add potato slices to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
