Ingredients
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt.
  4. Add potato slices to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot.
