- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lime juice
- Salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the skewers to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
