Lime Garlic Shrim…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • Salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, and lime juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and set aside.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the skewers to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
