- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano and salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
