Ingredients
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine couscous, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
