- 1 cup couscous
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine couscous, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Serve warm or cold.
