- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce and soy sauce. Mix until chicken wings are well coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the chicken wings onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and remaining marinade from the chicken wings.
- Brush the mixture onto the cooked chicken wings and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
