Lemongrass Chickeā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce and soy sauce. Mix until chicken wings are well coated.
  2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the chicken wings onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and remaining marinade from the chicken wings.
  6. Brush the mixture onto the cooked chicken wings and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
