Lemonade Pie
Ingredients
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  2. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
  3. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the pie.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish with additional lemon zest if desired.
