- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme and salt.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Pour the olive oil mixture over the top of the fillets.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve warm.
