Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and sea salt.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
