- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and sea salt.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
