- 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea
- 2 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 lemon
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the tea and honey to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into two mugs.
- Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon into each mug.
- Stir, taste, and add more honey if desired.
