Lemon Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked rice and stir to coat.
  3. Add the lemon juice and salt, stirring until combined.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot.
