Lemon Ginger Tea
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. In a mug, combine the ginger, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Pour the boiling water over the mixture.
  3. Stir to combine and let steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve hot or cold.
