- 3 black tea bags
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Place tea bags in a heat-proof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and add honey, ginger, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice.
