- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the turmeric, ginger, and honey and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a mug.
- Squeeze the lemon juice into the tea.
- Stir and enjoy!
