- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place salmon fillets in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl; pour over the salmon.
