Lemon Garlic Roas…
Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken, about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place chicken in a roasting pan and rub with olive oil.
  4. Squeeze lemon wedges over chicken and place them inside the cavity of the bird.
  5. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, salt and pepper over the top of the bird.
  6. Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
