- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut off tough ends of asparagus and discard.
- In a large bowl, combine asparagus, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the asparagus onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.
