Lemon Garlic Roas…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut off tough ends of asparagus and discard.
  3. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the asparagus onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.
