- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
