Lemon Garlic Caul…
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps
  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
