Lemon Garlic Bake…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon fillet in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano.
  3. Pour the mixture over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
