- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon fillet in a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
