- 1 lb cod fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
- Mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together; pour over cod.
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until easily flaked with a fork.
