Lemon Dill Salmon
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour the lemon-dill mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides.
