Lemon Dill Salmon…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and dill.
  3. Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add salmon cubes to the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat.
  5. Thread salmon cubes onto skewers.
  6. Grill kebabs for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
