Lemon Dill Salmon…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, breadcrumbs and eggs.
  3. Form into patties and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
