- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each fillet with lemon slices, fresh dill, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
