Lavender Honey Ic…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, milk, honey and lavender over medium-low heat until the mixture is steaming and just beginning to bubble around the edges.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
