Lasagna Roll-Ups
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic powder; simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place noodles on top of sauce.
  4. Mix together ricotta cheese and remaining sauce mixture; spread over noodles.
  5. Roll up each noodle and place seam side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining sauce.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
