- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic powder; simmer 10 minutes.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place noodles on top of sauce.
- Mix together ricotta cheese and remaining sauce mixture; spread over noodles.
- Roll up each noodle and place seam side down in the baking dish. Top with remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
