Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ribeye steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Steps
  1. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a large bowl.
  2. Place steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides.
