- 1 lb. ribeye steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a large bowl.
- Place steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
