- 2 pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Mix until combined.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove pork chops from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
