Korean Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the peas and carrots and ham and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until everything is hot and well combined.
  7. Serve hot.
