- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the peas and carrots and ham and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
