Ingredients
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 3/4 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Rinse the chicken legs and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and white pepper. Dip each chicken leg in the mixture and coat evenly.
  3. Place the chicken legs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Turn on the broiler and broil for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides.
